Hey there, Bolin appreciators! You’ve more than likely noticed that the blog has had a rather big dip in activity for the past month or so, and we thought we should finally explain that.

Basically, it all boils down to a lack of new material. When you go through the tags as much as we do, especially for a show that won’t be back ‘til an unspecified time next year, you start to see the same material over and over again. We don’t want to bore you with constantly reblogging the same thing every other day, and we’re sure that you’d want some variety, too. It’s even harder when your blog is dedicated to a character that got a humongous shaft literally the moment your blog is established, or at least when the episode following it marked the beginning of a huge drop in activity for poor Bo. It’s sort of hard to keep that enthusiasm up, y’know?

Plus, with the addition of busy lives for most of the blog runners here, we just sort of agreed that it was time to take a bit of a break. I’m loathe to say that it’s on a for-sure hiatus, though — knowing our luck, the minute we post this, we’ll get a cavalcade of new information for Book 2 as well as a bunch of new Bolin goodness.

But for right now, Bolin needs a good nap, and I think all of us can agree that he needs it. But when he wakes up, we’ll be right here for all of your Bolin needs once again.
